Solid stay near the river
friendly staff efficient valet convenient bus stop
The staff were friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. Valet service was fast and efficient when i needed it. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel making travel to southbank easy. I found this very convenient for exploring the area.
The gym was somewhat small and lacked some standard resistance machines.

The front desk offered quick assistance at check-in and . Room service was prompt and accurate with requests. Staff responded quickly to questions and provided helpful directions.

The hotel includes a pool on the fourth floor. Room service delivers to this area. There is a gym that contains some equipment. The valet parking service offered easy and quick parking.

Breakfast included many options from yogurts to fruits. Hot food options were available and kept at appropriate temperatures. Eggs were available upon request. Drinks and other items were available in glass door fridges.
